Returns Policy
30-day return window
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery in resalable condition with original packaging and included parts. For UK distance purchases, you may also cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after delivery, then return the item within the following 14 days.
Requesting a return
Contact hello@greystonegardens.shop before sending an item back. Include your order number and the item being returned. This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Return shipping and refunds
Customers normally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless stated otherwise. We cover reasonable return costs where an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery where legally required.
Exceptions
Personalised, perishable, unsealed hygiene-sensitive and certain digital items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
